Jagjit Chadha

University of Cambridge

Jagjit is Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Cambridge.  He is interested in questions related to monetary and fiscal policy in theory, practice and in history.  He is particularly interested in the extent to which economic policy attenuates or exacerbates shocks and is (nearly) always happy to discuss these matters.  He has published widely on these questions and is currently working on a monograph examining recent UK economic performance.
